Other Tips

  1. Search Education Full Text for the person: they may be an author, the subject of an article, or there could be interviews with the person in newspapers/magazines.
  2. General Internet Searching: If the person is still teaching/researching, they may have an online bio/online resume. e.g. the first result link in a Google search of 'Pedro Noguera' is to Pedro Noguera's Bio at NYU.
  3. Search IUCAT for books about that person...try an ADVANCED KEYWORD SEARCH and then search for the person as the SUBJECT.
  4. Consult the library's Quick Reference Resources: Biography page
