4th Floor Student Presentation Rehearsal Rooms

University Library has two Presentation Rehearsal rooms for IUPUI Students.  One room is UL4115F.  It contains an LCD projector with a Dell Ultra, Small Form factor GX280.  This computer has the standard public software. There is a full size podium with chairs positioned in the back and a large white board.  Ideally, the room is set so that the student groups can move the furniture around as needed.

Our newest room, UL4104, has an LCD projector, Eisel Board, and a Dell Large Form Factor GX745.  This tends to be our most popular room.  A table is inside so groups can work at the table but they do have the option to practice presentations.

The rooms were specifically created to cater to those who wish to practice presentations only (which is very popular during Midterms and Finals Week) but due to the high demand of our study rooms, we do reserve the rooms to those who need space and technology but don’t necessary need to practice presentations.  However, priority is given to groups practicing presentations.

Users can reserve the space from our 4th Floor Consultant Desk by Walk Up, Phone, or email.  We reserved the space no more than 2 weeks out and we reserve it in 2 hour increments with the possibility of re-reserving the space at the end of the reservation if no one has requested it.  

Reservations are only issued to IUPUI Students, Staff, or Faculty.  You must provide your name and IUPUI Username to create the reservation.

In UL4115F, priority is given to group of 4 or more.  In UL4104, we do not have a set limit on amount of people per reservation.
