My background is in clinical and behavioral research, specifically focusing on movement disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorders. My research experience has spanned roles from undergraduate research assistant to program coordinator to investigator. My role within the Center for Digital Scholarship is to provide data services to the IUPUI campus. I also serve as the subject librarian for the Fairbanks School of Public Health. My research interests include data management best practices, evidence based library and information practice, bibliometric analysis and use of altmetrics in evaluating scholarly products, social network analysis as a method for understanding scholarly communication systems and practices, and the intersection of data management with data integrity and the responsible conduct of research.

Areas of Expertise: Data management, health informatics, scholarly communication, evidence based practice

Research Interests: The role of data management and curation in promoting transparency, accountability, and public access for academic research.
